If your proposed development meets certain criteria as a low risk development we can prepare a Development Application that will significantly reduce Council assessment timeframes for your application, and consequently Council can reach a decision much quicker.
At present not all Council’s offer this FastTrack Development Assessment, which is also referred to as RiskSmart, and not all development types can make the most of this process.
For applications under the jurisdiction of Logan City Council we have a Phase 2 Logan City Council RiskSmart Accredited Consultant who can assist in the preparation of Dual Occupancy applications under the Risksmart process.
DevelopmentĀ under the jurisdiction of Gold Coast City Council may be able to utilize a fast track assessment process, such as where proposing two detached dwellings on a single lot. In the Detached Dwelling Domain this type of development may be possible on a lot with minimum area of 800sqm.
